About the role

Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims.
Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries.
Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.

About you

Experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service and sales environment
An energetic and motivated approach to managing a demanding portfolio
Experience in a customer-centric environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage your time and prioritise work tasks effectively
Superior customer service and communication skills
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
