About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Assistant Project Managers to join our growing team in Darwin. With a strong pipeline of infrastructure work, particularly across the utilities sector, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and gain hands-on experience working on complex, meaningful projects alongside some of the best in the business.
In this role, you will:
- Support project planning, procurement, and coordination activities
- Prepare clear and accurate documentation (reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and updates)
- Track project actions, timelines, and deliverables to maintain momentum
- Coordinate inputs from consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery practices
- Assist with maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting a wide range of projects and sectors
About You
- 1-4 years' experience in project development, project management, construction.
- Exposure to infrastructure or utilities sector projects is desirable.
- A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
