Graphic Designer | Sydney
Join a passionate, collaborative marketing team at a well-established Australian beauty company, and play a central role in bringing premium brands to life across digital and print.

This is a broad, hands-on design role with real variety - from social media and email campaigns through to product packaging, point-of-sale materials and brand events as well as internal documents and general admin.

What you'll be doing:

Designing graphics across email campaigns, organic and paid social, web platforms (desktop and mobile) and point-of-sale materials
Creating visually compelling solutions that translate seamlessly from concept to final execution across both print and digital
Designing packaging for new product launches and promotional cartons within an existing range
Producing brand presentations, event invitations, training materials and internal communications
Supporting the education team with assets for partner clinics, training sessions and business development
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with fellow designers and the wider marketing team to deliver on time and to a high standard

What you'll bring:

3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role
Strong proficiency across the Adobe Suite with a proven ability to communicate ideas visually
A versatile, adaptable design style that works across multiple brands and categories
Print production knowledge and an understanding of print processes - highly regarded
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the detail
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
A genuine interest in beauty, skincare and current design and cultural trends
Openness to feedback and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to be based on-site at the company's Lidcombe HQ five days per week
