About the opportunity:
The Marketing Assistant is part of the Brighton Homes Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to support the Marketing Manager to manage and deliver the marketing and communications plan and strategies More specifically, you will:

Support the Marketing manager in delivering creative marketing, communications, social media, print and digital campaigns
Coordinate content, campaigns and creative briefs to drive enquiry, brand awareness and lead generation
Manage website content, digital assets, EDMs and social media to ensure information is accurate and current
Contribute to market research and customer surveys to uncover insights that shape brand strategy and positioning
Track and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and lead activity to support data-driven decisions
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high quality marketing outcomes on time

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline
Demonstrated experience within Marketing or similar role
Possess a creative and can-do mindset
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
