KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking a solid Construction Project Manager to join our team This position will report to the Director or Sr Mgr of Construction and will oversee assigned land-based projects This person will oversee the entire construction phases for the assigned land-based project

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate and/or support the process of negotiating contracts subcontracts

and purchase orders
Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing a combination of Project Management Software and Microsoft Office programs
and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation
Holds external vendors / contractors responsible for delays and cost overruns from the project schedule

Promote RCI's involvement in the community to help build strategic relationships and to embrace local communities
and vendor relations

and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program
including analysis of long lead materials or equipment which may impact project schedule & forecast variance
Serves as the primary contact for project status
and pricing decisions
developing estimates and proposals
Participates in the design and execution of destinations within the Product Development-Private Destinations team
Support a clear short and long-term roadmap and effectively project manage complex timelines and deliverables
Works closely with key stakeholders from the various departments across the organization to understand how to adapt and evolve the strategy for delivering a flawless product at our private destinations
programming and the accurate execution of concepts to ensure innovation and authenticity are maximized
Guarantee product specifications created enable a desirable and viable product for future guests
Creates presentations showcasing construction milestones to share recommendations with senior management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

7-10 years of experience leading construction projects as a commercial Project Manager
hospitality)

Mentor staff to the same high standards
architecture or similar (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Demonstrated basic knowledge of building materials detailing construction techniques building systems selection related engineering principles

sustainability strategies and building codes;
prioritize and manage time efficiently
MEP and civil drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accurate and precise attention to detail and highly organized
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Solid understanding of the construction industry
Self-motivated and self-directed
and an emphasis on project/construction management
or similar project management software

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

Evaluate project cost to plan and update stakeholders for various changes to original estimates

Collaborate across departments and orgs to complete objectives Internal and external stakeholders will vary across projects assigned
