About the role

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Property and Development team in Geelong or Melbourne.

You will bring strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to support our lawyers in delivering high-quality services. Your ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively will be essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding client service, including onboarding new clients
Managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, including diary and deadline management for lawyers and paralegals
Maintaining control of priorities through effective time management
Supporting lawyers with file management and administrative tasks

What you’ll bring:

Exposure to Property & Development or Conveyancing
Experience in legal administration or as a personal assistant in a professional services environment
Exceptional organisational and file management skills with a high level of attention to detail
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience with iManage and Lexis Affinity (desirable but not essential)
