As a Talent Partner you deliver an end to end, value-add talent acquisition service to our St Vincent’s hiring managers and candidates alike. You will join a tight knit Talent function that values learning agility, collaboration, and driving high-quality results.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid working split between working from home, our modern corporate office in Bowen Hills, and on site with our stakeholders.

Things that work for us:

Experience in an internal, high volume, end-to-end talent acquisition role, ideally within the aged care and/or community or health space
The ability to craft engaging job adverts and proactively source high calibre talent whilst best representing St Vincent’s to our external audience
A business partnering mentality – you are a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, comfortable to influence and coach on talent acquisition best practices
Your proactive, problem-solving mindset complimented with great time management and multi-tasking capabilities
A genuine passion for Talent Acquisition, underpinned by a history of related achievements you are humbly proud of
Exceptional communication skills, with a strong preference for talking over emailing!
A team first ethos - enabling you to build productive working relationships whilst having fun and adding value

A Total Remuneration Package of $107,479 including Superannuation
‘Not for profit’ salary sacrificing (reducing your taxable income by $15,990 per annum)
Additional salary packaging options including vehicle novated leasing and a Meals & Entertainment card (reducing your tax by a further $2,650 per annum)
