Position Summary
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
- Design responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
- Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to improve user experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals and user requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize digital experiences based on data and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Strong visual design, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
- Knowledge of user analytics and usability testing tools.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
