The Senior Functional Analyst – SAP Supply Chain acts as a strategic liaison between Endeavour stakeholders, external build partners, and internal functional and technical teams to deliver our core ERP program design. Reporting directly to the Group Solution Manager – Retail & Supply Chain, you will champion detailed design integrity, document governance, and build quality, ensuring all partner deliverables align strictly with project timelines.
In this role, you will lead the low-level design and implementation for our Endeavour ERP configuration and customization. Your primary focus will be driving seamless integration with Woolworths replenishment, forecasting, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and retail store applications.

Project Transition: Partner with Project teams to ensure a seamless handover of Supply Chain solutions into BAU Operations.
Continuous Improvement: Manage application lifecycles, delivering upgrades and optimizations to maintain a high-performing SAP environment.
Stakeholder Partnership: Proactively engage with business units to translate complex requirements into actionable Supply Chain initiatives and technical solutions.
Documentation & Governance: Develop and govern functional specifications to ensure system enhancements align with desired business outcomes.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Work with technical and business teams on system testing, UAT, and validation for all production changes, ensuring stability during upgrades.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to source and implement cost-effective and efficient technical solutions.
Security & Compliance: Uphold strict audit standards, managing application security, role design, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Release Management: Support the governance and controlled release of system changes into the production environment.
What do we need from you
Now let’s talk about you:
SAP Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain across all core modules (minimum 5+ years). Experience in configuration of the S/4HANA platform, functional specification creation, and integration expertise highly regarded.
Business Intelligence: Ability to isolate, interpret, and translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
Security & Governance: Deep experience in application security, including roles design, authorization matrices, and the precise mapping of business roles to transactions.
Service Management: Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and a strong understanding of Level 2/3 Support frameworks.
Quality Assurance: Proven track record in managing end-to-end testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience within the Retail sector is highly desirable and will be looked upon favorably.
Adaptability & Drive: Proven ability to establish and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment with shifting and often conflicting priorities.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships across a diverse landscape—from senior executives to operational staff and offshore vendors.
Strategic Collaboration: A natural team player who creates partnerships and applies a broad business perspective to make informed, effective decisions.
Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
Influencing & Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively to align IT solutions with business goals.
Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of business and commercial drivers, coupled with an innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized and efficient, maintaining a meticulous attention to detail while upholding a strong customer-service mindset.
