We are on the lookout for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Digital team, supporting our Finance platform.
This is a critical role where you’ll lead the design, development and optimisation of finance systems, with a strong focus on Yardi. Working closely with Finance, Digital and external partners, you’ll drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and data to support business performance.
Must-have experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Yardi - essential

Proven experience supporting finance systems and accounting processes

Demonstrated background in solution design, systems analysis and implementation
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Finance function, aligning technology solutions to business needs

Lead functional and technical design across finance systems

Own the configuration and optimisation of Yardi finance modules

Support system integrations and data flows across platforms

Analyse incidents and issues, identifying root causes and practical solutions

Partner with Digital, Finance and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Contribute to governance, documentation and audit-ready systems

Mentor junior team members and uplift platform capability
About you
- 7+ years’ experience in technology / systems / digital roles

Strong understanding of finance processes (property or asset-intensive environments highly regarded)

Experience across integration, data flows and enterprise systems

Exposure to Agile environments / ITIL practices

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working with complexity
