What the role is all about
The Program Implementation Manager – Enterprise Growth is a newly created role and is responsible for taking complex, cross‑business franchise and corporate enterprise deals from idea to reality – ensuring they are scoped well before signature internally at REA and embedded successfully across REA and our customers’ networks after a signature.
This role reports into but works side‑by‑side with the Industry Partnerships Manager – Enterprise Growth and alongside the Industry Partnership Manager- Ownership Group Growth to project manage, design and deliver scalable programs for large franchises and ownership groups – coordinating and collaborating with REA’s internal teams (Sales, GTM, Legal, Product, Customer Success, Operations, Finance) and driving structured working groups with customers to deliver the promised commercial and strategic outcomes at pace both pre-sale and post- sale.
- Partner with the Industry Partnerships Manager – Enterprise Growth to scope, shape and structure franchise, ownership group and corporate enterprise opportunities pre‑sale.
- Lead cross‑functional pre‑sale scoping across Legal, GTM, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations and Finance to ensure deals are commercially viable, deliverable and approved.
- Translate customer objectives and enterprise strategy into clear program requirements, implementation plans, assumptions and success measures.
- Facilitate structured deal‑scoping workshops to resolve timelines, dependencies, migration approaches, data, reporting and communications.
- Own end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise programs post‑agreement, from internal kick‑off through to full network rollout and value realisation.
- Design scalable rollout and change approaches (e.g. pilots, phased launches, opt‑outs, training and comms journeys) that balance speed and quality.
- Act as the internal coordination lead for enterprise deals, aligning priorities and execution across squads, tribes and business units without formal authority.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance, including clear roles and responsibilities, steering forums, risk management and escalation paths.
- Co‑design and lead customer working groups with franchisor and network leaders to launch, embed and operationalise enterprise agreements.
- Ensure commitments made during deal negotiation are understood and delivered, proactively identifying and managing risks, constraints and trade‑offs.
- Define success metrics and reporting cadences, partnering with Finance and Analytics to deliver clear insights for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Capture learnings to continuously improve enterprise playbooks, tools and ways of working, coaching teams on best‑practice enterprise delivery.
