You will take ownership of complex audits, guide teams, and help our clients meet regulatory requirements while improving their financial reporting across a diverse range of organisations—from fast-growing companies to large industry leaders.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of external audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Supervise audit teams, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
Identify and assess financial statement risks through detailed audit procedures and substantive testing, applying professional judgment
Evaluate clients’ internal controls and risk management frameworks to support robust audit conclusions
Prepare and review clear and concise audit reports and communicate findings effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit efficiency, quality, and client experience
Build strong client relationships, proactively resolving complex accounting and audit issues, and advising on best practices

What we’re looking for:

Financial Expertise: At least 5 years’ experience in external audit, preferably with a recognised CA qualification
Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams, manage multiple audit engagements and priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and build trust with senior client stakeholders
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements
Problem Solving: Ability to analyse complex financial and business issues, exercise professional judgement, and provide practical recommendations
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex audit findings clearly to diverse audiences
