About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Hosts to join our team. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery, and work with talented and passionate hospitality professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience as a Host in a premium venue
- Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
