The Opportunity
Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Melbourne’s vast infrastructure network and requires a professional, engaged and organised Project Cost Controller to join be part of shaping the future of civil construction!

- Work with the Commercial Manager and assist the Project Delivery team to successfully deliver by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time and brief.

Your key role responsibilities would be:
- Conduct project control reporting
- Review and consolidate project data
- Update and monitor cost curves, expenditures and project commitments
- Perform scheduling tasks as required
- Consolidate progress achieved
- Conduct cost forecasting
- Assist with the analysis and challenge of package assembly estimates
- Review and adjust project control guidelines, procedures and flowcharts
- Liaise with project users on project coding
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Present neat documentation, correspondence and records as requested
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed

Here’s what we are looking for…
Essential
- Tertiary Qualification in Commerce, Accounting or similar field
- Sound MS Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment
- Practical knowledge of cost control techniques
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Cost Control within the SMP/Construction industry is desirable
- Experience with construction, Jobpac, Docket book or ERP systems would be an advantage but not essential
