The opportunity with us as Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our high performing Brisbane team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering regional marketing activity, helping bring global strategy to life across campaigns, events and social media.
This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid work arrangements.
You will be:
- Supporting the translation of global marketing strategy, campaigns and messaging into regional activity across assigned markets and initiatives.
- Coordinating and delivering Tier 2 regional events, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution and post-event reporting.
- Executing marketing activity across multiple channels, including digital, print, events and presentations.
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining marketing content such as written copy, presentations, and campaign assets within established guidelines.
- Ensuring consistent brand experience, visual design, and attendee journey across assigned event types.
- Supporting sales enablement through relevant messaging, case studies, presentations and client engagement materials.
- Working with internal stakeholders to align event content, speakers and audience engagement with corporate messaging and sales priorities.
- Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve marketing processes, tools and campaign effectiveness.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years' experience supporting marketing activities, campaigns, or communications initiatives.
- Must have relevant Marketing qualifications.
- Strong written communication skills, including technical and creative writing.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, and ExhibitDay platforms to support campaign execution and event coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Current valid Australian driver's license.
Desirable experience:
- Skills in supporting demand generation and campaign strategy.
- Experience working across regional and/or global marketing teams
