Are you a highly organised administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating training and education activities? We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Clinical Education team.
This role is integral to the successful delivery of high-quality education programs and clinical training initiatives, supporting educators, participants, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.

What you’ll be doing
As the Administration Officer, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across a range of education and training activities. You will coordinate course administration, training logistics, participant communications, event support, reporting, and data management, while maintaining education systems and processes that support effective program delivery.
Working closely with the Clinical Education team, you will play a key role in ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with organisational standards. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate administrative activities associated with education programs, clinical training, workshops, and events.
- Manage course administration including registrations, participant communications, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and events, including venue bookings, resource preparation, catering, and logistics.
- Provide timely and professional support to participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and education management systems.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and the preparation of education-related documentation.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of education systems, processes, and resources.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of education initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support within an education, training, or service delivery environment.
- Experience coordinating events, training sessions, or workshops, including logistics and participant support.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- Experience managing data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and respond professionally to enquiries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Role requirements:
- Current Queensland C Class driver’s license
