Administration Assistant

Sydney Early Education Centres has a long-standing reputation of providing exceptional care and education for families in north west Sydney for 30 years. We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant in our campuses.

Criteria

High level administrative skills and experience in providing support and assistance to management
Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to use initiative and demonstrate problem solving skills
High level IT skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in maintaining client database, record keeping, reporting and preparation of correspondence
Experience in accounts management
Willingness to travel and work between our different campuses (Cheltenham, Westmead and Northmead)
