Project Administrator – QLD Water Utilities

What you’ll do

As the Project Administrator for the Water Utilities Team in Southeast QLD, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document control, scheduling, and reporting.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and manage project correspondence.
Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and resources.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in project administration or similar roles, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
