As a Grader Operator with Redpath, you’ll play a critical role in keeping underground operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team that values professionalism, teamwork and doing the job right the first time.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating graders (underground experience highly regarded)
- Relevant RII certifications and machine tickets
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong safety mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work FIFO rosters and thrive in a team environment
