As the Regional Sales Manager for the Marine segment, you will help shape the future of marine electrification and digitalization across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions. Your insights will guide bid, commercial, and technical teams in addressing customer needs and supporting the advancement of the Marine & Port industry.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Serve as the main point of contact for Marine & Port business development across Navy, commercial, ferry, energy carrier, and special vessel sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, shipyards, naval architects, contractors, and vessel operators.
- Coordinate with regional and global technical teams to support customers throughout the inquiry-to-order process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and value propositions to support business growth and market presence.
- Identify opportunities to provide suitable technical and commercial solutions that meet customer needs.
- Contribute to achieving business objectives through effective account management and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring

Relevant experience in the Marine and Port industry across Australia and New Zealand, with awareness of global market developments.
- Basic understanding of electric propulsion systems would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Navy-related projects and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to collaborate across internal teams and functions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently toward shared objectives.
- Positive attitude with a steady and professional approach to achieving results.
