About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Partnerships Compliance and Coordination Lead.
This role is responsible for supporting our Partnerships function to operate effectively across Queensland and the Northern Territory. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality reporting, strong governance and consistent coordination across a broad range of partnership activities.
Working closely with account owners, the Partnerships Events Planner, and internal stakeholders, you will support the delivery of partnership initiatives, maintain visibility of activity across regions, and ensure that reporting and coordination processes are accurate, timely and reliable.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex and fast-moving environments and can confidently coordinate across multiple teams without the need for direct authority.
Key responsibilities

Support governance and compliance activities across partnerships, including monitoring processes, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement

Coordinate and manage partnership reporting processes through gathering data to show value to our partnerships, and ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery

Support account owners by providing high quality coordination and reporting to help maintain and strengthen partnership relationships

Work closely with the Partnerships Events Planner to support the delivery of partnership events, including coordination and logistics

Attend partnership events from time to time to support delivery and ensure alignment with partnership objectives and safety requirements

Manage and maintain a central activity calendar to ensure clear visibility of partnership activity across all regions to support safe and effective delivery

Provide guidance on reporting standards and ensure the quality and consistency of documentation produced across regions

Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional activities to ensure alignment and smooth delivery

Support regional teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting of partnership development and engagement activity

Oversee Partnership merchandise ordering and stock levels across Queensland and the Northern Territory

Manage shared inbox communications, including triage and allocation of requests to the appropriate stakeholders

Maintain tracking systems and dashboards to support visibility of key activities, risks and outcomes

Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure strong coordination, communication and information flow
About you
You are someone who brings strong governance, clarity, organisation and attention to detail to everything you do. You take pride in producing high quality work, keeping key stakeholders informed on progress, and supporting others to deliver consistently high standards.
You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, a strong communicator, and can keep things moving in a complex and fast-moving environment.
You will bring:

Experience in a compliance, governance or reporting focused role

Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to produce high quality, accurate work

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Strong written communication skills, particularly in reporting, data gathering and documentation

Sound judgement and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues

A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams and regions
Desirable:

Experience in a professional services or regulated environment

Exposure to reporting or compliance requirements across multiple stakeholders

Experience with activity tracking systems, dashboards or reporting frameworks
