About the role

As an Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, supported by your Centre Manager.

In this role you would:

Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
Manage daily operations and administration
Create the space for change

You’ll thrive if you’re customer outcome focused, passionate about a constructive culture, well organised, take ownership, and enjoy working in small teams.

Role details

Location: Kennards Self Storage Port Melbourne
Hours/roster: 45 hours per fortnight, across 6 working days, within a rotating roster which includes every second weekend
Employment type: Permanent Part Time
