The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of strategic Operations projects, driving improved business outcomes across central and zone teams. It provides critical analytical support to identify opportunities, enhance efficiency, and enable informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

Provide analytical support across Operations strategic projects & business improvement opportunities

Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to support project development, problem solving, and decision-making

Prepare high-quality executive and Board-level materials, including business cases, project updates, and KPI reporting

Lead and conduct financial and commercial due diligence and assessment

Support the identification, development, and review of continuous improvement opportunities and associated business cases

Develop and embed tools, templates, and processes to improve operational efficiency and consistency

About You:

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical outcomes

Proven ability to develop high-quality reports and business cases for senior stakeholders, including Board and Executive audiences

Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and lead structured discussions

Desirable

Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or a related discipline

Experience in professional services, corporate strategy, management consulting or investment banking

Exposure to agriculture, commodities or supply chain environments

Data and analytics capability advantageous
