Customer Service Team Member - Expression of Interest

About the role

Our customers are our number one priority in our business we are looking for people who are passionate about our customers and our business. Our sites offer a fast-paced work environment with plenty of opportunity to step outside the box and learn some of the other many aspects of our business.

You must have exceptional problem solving skills, our business is a fast paced work environment and will require you at times to make fast decisions.

You have clear communication skills and the ability to talk with customers

You have a positive, friendly attitude

You have high emotional intelligence, you are self aware, have internal motivation, are empathetic and have strong social skills.

You have knowledge of the products and the industry and training will be provided to the right candidate

You have strong time management skills

You are adaptable and flexible, you can multi task efficiently, willing to take on new tasks, you show a willingness to learn new processes

You have a passion for helping others.
