Introduction to the Role
Reporting to the Service Centre Manager you will be assisting our Service Centre operations run efficiently and effectively by providing prudent and prompt administrative support to a wide range of internal stakeholders. This role is a Monday – Friday role base in Henderson
Main Responsibilities
Collage and submit weekly Works in Progress reports to customers
Assist with the administrative duties in relation to contractual obligations, to ensure compliance with agreements
Follow up on job completion and closure and prepare cost summary reports
Monitor orders received and enter into SAP
Assist warehouse teams with data entry and SAP alignment
Create job files in the Repairs database as customer POs are received
Create packing lists and non-sales shipments for movement of goods to be repaired or refurbished.
Monitor facility hours and report to facility manager weekly
Back-order report rectification for all repairs coordinators
Purchase consumables for the workshop
As required, assist with administration, planning, coordinating and reception duties
Collage and printing of reports as required
Arrange travel – car hire, flight accommodation bookings for team members
Provide Workshop Supervisor with weekly job numbers table
Prepare parts requisitions and purchase requisitions, as required
Create demands for parts on Sales orders
Record keeping of environmental KPI’s to assist with quarterly environmental reporting
Other duties, as require, for the aftermarket refurbishment team
The successful candidate will possess the following
Full working rights in Australia and residing in proximity to Henderson location as this role is based at our Service Centre site.
Positive attitude and genuine interest and ideally experience in the repairs/ servicing, warehousing or an OEM space to develop their skills
A supportive nature to undertake a variety of roles as required based on the operational requirements of the team at the time.
Advanced computer literacy skills in MS Office – Word/ Excel
Excellent data entry skills – numerical and alphanumerical
2 years of experience within a professional or office-based service environment
Must have good understanding of English language both written and verbal.
Must have good communication skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
SAP software experience would be highly advantageous.
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass random medical and drug tests and complete a pre-employment medical and DAS.
