We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to lead our crews across a variety of commercial and residential construction, demolition, and concrete cutting projects throughout Perth.

About the Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring a strong leader who can effectively manage crews while actively participating in site works. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, ensuring productivity targets are met, and delivering projects to a high standard.
You will supervise specialised construction labourers and concrete cutters while coordinating works with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and internal management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading construction, demolition, and concrete cutting crews
- Planning daily site activities and allocating labour, equipment, and resources
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
- Monitoring employee performance and providing guidance and training
- Coordinating with builders, project managers, and clients on-site
- Managing project timelines and reporting progress to management
- Completing site documentation, SWMS, pre-starts, and safety records
- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site presentation
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained and operated safely
- Performing hands-on labouring duties, concrete cutting, floor removal, floor grinding, and demolition works as required
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising construction, demolition, or concrete cutting crews
- Strong hands-on experience in concrete cutting and specialised construction works
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workers on-site
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and compliance
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and project requirements
- Reliable, professional, and capable of working under pressure
Desirable
- First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- HR Licence
- Demolition experience
- Experience preparing SWMS and site safety documentation
