Employing over 2,000 staff and servicing more than 2 million rooms each year, Global Hospitality Solutions provides outsourced housekeeping services to some of the most prestigious global hotel brands.

About the role

We are seeking for an Accounts Assistant to work within a team.

Maternity cover starting mid June 2026

Job tasks and responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure financial records are accurate
Help prepare and process invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Support the finance team with month-end closing tasks.
Lend a hand with various admin tasks as directed by our finance team.
Invoicing
Debtor Chasing
Assist with other projects as needed and backup other accounting tasks in absence
Timesheet and room count reconciliation

Requirements

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel
Ability to learn financial system quickly
Preferred experience in XERO but not essential
Efficiency and attention to detail, even when working within strict time frames
Confidence in work prioritisation and managing your own workload while still being a committed team player
Adaptability, professionalism and high level of confidentiality
Highly developed interpersonal kills with excellent understanding of English Language
Excellent time management skills with customer service focus and sense of urgency

About you:

Experience in finance or accounting within the hospitality sector is a plus but not essential.
Accounting background is preferred
Work 4 days/week, Monday to Thursday, in person
Must have Full Work Rights
