Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.
About the role
Working closely with our Project Manager and Deployment Manager, this role provides coordination and administrative support across a range of change and project initiatives, including ongoing enhancements to our store environments, operations technology and service capabilities.
This is a 7-month FTC.
You will also:

Support change and delivery activities through scheduling, tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination

Assist in the development and distribution of change communications, training materials and business updates

Coordinate engagement activities with impacted stakeholders across stores and support teams
-
Maintain change plans, impact assessments, readiness activities and supporting documentation

Track actions, risks, feedback and adoption activities, and assist with preparing daily and weekly updates

Support supplier, contractor and cross-functional team coordination where required

Provide organisational and scheduling support such as store impact scheduling, meeting coordination and expense processing
You will have:

A good understanding of retail operations
-
Experience supporting change initiatives or project implementation, ideally within a retail environment

Familiarity with change management and/or project management frameworks and tools

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Clear written and verbal communication skills

The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across different teams and levels of the business
