Kanda is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Clinical Nurse to join our Veterans & Aged team and support the delivery of high-quality in-home care services. This hands-on lead role is focused on clinical oversight, care coordination, and ensuring clients can continue living safely and independently at home.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support RNs, ENs, support workers, and administration staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish or review individualised home care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical guidance for clients with complex health needs
- Collaborate with GPs, hospital discharge teams, and funding bodies to coordinate care outcomes
- Monitor quality, risk, and compliance, including incident management and complaints resolution
- Manage rostering, delegation of care, and efficient use of resources and consumables
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of field staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold clinical governance standards
About You
- Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in community nursing, home care, or complex clinical settings.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Current Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check.
