Position Description

Volunteer- Admin Assistant

As our Volunteer Admin Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission, providing vital administrative support that keeps our team running smoothly.

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

Experience with data entry and database management
Preparing documentation
General administrative tasks and filing

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A genuine desire to contribute to meaningful work
Reliability and commitment to scheduled volunteer hours
Experience in administration or HR environments (desirable)
Successful completion of Police Check, NDIS clearance and Working with Children Checks.
