The role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Dispute Resolution team. This full‑time, permanent role supports a collaborative team and plays an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Proactive diary and inbox management
Coordinating meetings and organising travel
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong working relationships
Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
Matter and file management (opening and closing matters, maintaining electronic and physical filing)
Client billing and reporting
Reconciliation of corporate expenses
General administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

What you need

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role and demonstrate:

2+ years legal secretarial experience (ideally in litigation)
Strong organisational skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
An understanding of billing and financial systems
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
The ability to build positive working relationships
A proactive mindset and demonstrated initiative
