These positions provide an opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of the College. Selection Criteria
Applicants will be required to demonstrate:

Current VIT registration
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional experience appropriate to the position
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to support and develop effective teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A strong commitment to student learning, safety and wellbeing
- An ability to contribute positively to the continued growth of the College
- A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College
