The Role: Elevate the Experience

We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Chef to join our back-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Chef and team in the day-to-day operation.
Dish Preparation: Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail.
Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation.
Team Collaboration: Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience: Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally a pub, restaurant or casual dining venue.
Attributes: We are seeking energetic candidates with a respectful demeanour and a genuine willingness to learn new skills. You must be committed to being a helpful and collaborative team member.

Mandatory Requirements

Current Food Handlers Certificate.
Cert III/ IV in Cooking/ Kitchen Management (Desirable, Not Required).
Chemform Training Certificate.

Working Rights

Applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and only candidates who are legally authorised to work in Australia will be considered.
