About the Role
As Channel Lead Practitioner ANZ, you'll be responsible for driving the performance, growth and profitability of Integria's Practitioner channel across Australia and New Zealand.
Leading the Practitioner Field Sales Team, you'll develop and execute channel strategies that deliver sustainable sales growth, strengthen customer engagement and maximise market opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with distributors, key customers and stakeholders while partnering across the business to translate strategy into action.
This is a key leadership role for someone who combines commercial acumen, strategic thinking and people leadership to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute channel strategies that drive sales growth, profitability and market share across ANZ.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Practitioner Field Sales Team.
Build and manage strategic distributor and customer partnerships to maximise channel performance.
Drive accountability, capability development and commercial excellence across the sales team.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and channel performance reporting.
Analyse market trends, customer insights and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with Marketing, Education, Customer Care, Clinical Support, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver business objectives.
Translate business strategy into effective sales, customer engagement and growth initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

Significant senior commercial experience within the practitioner, healthcare, complementary medicines or related sectors.
Proven success delivering sales growth, profitability and commercial performance outcomes.
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence using data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
Qualifications in Natural Medicine, Naturopathy, Health Science or a related discipline.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
A current and valid driver's licence.
