We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst – Retail Media to join our team! In this role you will lead the measurement and reporting of retail media campaigns across onsite, offsite and in-store channels. You'll transform complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations and compelling stories that help suppliers, advertisers and internal stakeholders make better business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and develop the measurement and reporting of retail media campaigns across onsite, offsite and in-store channels.
Own and evolve reporting frameworks, measurement methodologies and campaign success metrics.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations that drive campaign performance and commercial outcomes for suppliers, advertisers and internal stakeholders.
Build trusted stakeholder relationships to drive adoption of reporting, insights and measurement frameworks across the business.
Build compelling post-campaign reports, presentations and performance narratives that demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, measurement methodologies and operational efficiencies.
Support audience strategy by helping identify, build and evaluate first-party audience segments for retail media products.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

5+ years' experience in analytics, digital media, retail media, performance marketing or a similar field.
Proven experience measuring, analysing and optimising campaign performance in digital, media or retail environments.
Advanced SQL and strong analytical skills, with experience working with large, complex datasets.
Experience working with tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, BigQuery, Google Analytics or similar tools.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights, influence stakeholders and support strategic decision making.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
A continuous improvement mindset and experience working within evolving environments.
Experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, audience platforms, DMPs or CDPs will be highly regarded.
