Role Purpose

Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of both our airline customers and freight forwarding/custom agents, and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times.

What you will be doing

Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.
Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
Reconcile banking ensuring that all applicable charges are collected.
Enter freight details into the cargo management system.
