We’re currently looking for a full-time Member Claims Advisor to join our Claims team.

We offer an extensive Induction Program designed to ensure your success. We're looking for your dedication to successfully complete a thorough 5-week full-time paid induction training at our Perth Office, beginning on 5th October 2026. This training will provide you with the expertise and abilities required to thrive in your position.

Proficiency in intermediate computer skills, including Word and Outlook. These tools will be essential for efficient communication and documentation.

A genuine desire and aptitude for learning about Health Insurance products. You should be enthusiastic about understanding our offerings and confidently discussing them with our valued Members.
Key responsibilities:

Accurately process and audit health insurance claims, ensuring compliance with fund policies and procedures.

Identify and rectify inconsistencies in claims data, enhancing the accuracy of member records.

Engage with Members through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face) to address policy, product, and membership inquiries.

Utilise training materials to navigate complex policy requirements and provide comprehensive information to Members.

Stay updated on internal processes and product changes to offer up-to-date assistance.

Collaborate across teams, contributing to various roles within Operations as needed.
Qualifications and experience:

Demonstrated understanding of the Australian health industry, including health insurance, hospitals, and allied health services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in the health sector, ideally within health insurance, hospitals, medical practices, or allied health.
