Saturday Veterinarian – Vetcall Q’Superstore | Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast

Vetcall Q’Superstore is seeking a Saturday Veterinarian to join our friendly and supportive team in the canal-side community of Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast.

This is a consult-only position working Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm, offering an attractive hourly rate of up to $85 per hour, dependent on experience. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to secure additional income in a well-supported, positive environment.

About the clinic

You will be joining a collaborative team of two experienced veterinarians and five dedicated nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to every patient and client.

Our clinic is well-equipped with:

IDEXX in-house pathology
Digital radiology
Ultrasound
Dental suite

We pride ourselves on providing efficient diagnostics and comprehensive treatment, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and team culture.

About the role

Saturdays only: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Consults-only role with occasional urgent care as required
Supported by an experienced nurse
EzyVet software (training provided if needed)
Permanent or casual position (not a locum role)

About you

BVSc (or equivalent) with current registration to practice in Queensland
Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and client relationship skills
A genuine interest in contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
