We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our friendly, supportive team.
Job Details: Full-Time, 38 hours per week.

Salary: $90,000.00 per annum + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing operational workflows, workforce allocation, production schedules and facility layouts to improve labour utilisation, equipment performance and overall operational efficiency.
- Preparing and reviewing organisational structures, functional statements and project documentation to clarify reporting line s, define responsibilities and identify overlapping functions across teams and work units.
- Coordinating project labour, materials, plant and equipment to support efficient project delivery and ensure operational requirements are met within required timeframes.
- Developing engineering and manufacturing specifications, including determining suitable materials, system capacities, piping arrangements, plant layouts and equipment requirements for construction and operational systems.
- Designing and improving machinery, mechanical components, plant systems and products for manufacturing and construction purposes in accordance with operational and engineering requirements.
- Establishing and implementing policies, procedures and quality standards relating to installation, testing, inspection, maintenance and modification activities, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and workplace safety regulations.
- Conducting inspections, analysing work samples and implementing work measurement processes to monitor productivity, maintain operational performance and develop labour efficiency standards.
- Overseeing maintenance activities and coordinating design updates, surveys and maintenance schedules to support the ongoing reliability and performance of plant and equipment.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent communications skills
