Your Opportunity Outlined

Premiere facilities – Large gym space, reformers, squat rack, weights, treadmill, ipad for biomech assessment, coaches eyes, runmatic.
Plans and permits approved for million dollar build & fitout. Purpose built facility, 10 tx rooms, 3x gym/S&C spaces, team room, recording room and more.
CPD: $1000 budget for personal CPD, Physio Network subscription, iMoveU subscription, External titled physio CPD’s once per month, MultiD CPD’s with pods and osteos.
Looking for someone who is interested in mentoring and having physio’s under their wing, someone who wants a leadership role, and options for profit share, equity or buy in, into the physio arm.

Pillar Health is an Award winning Multidisciplinary Health Clinic in Malvern East, Building Health and Inspiring Wellness. We’re Looking For a Full-time Physiotherapist with 2+ years of experience to join our Team!

What you will do

Independently managing clients (assessment, diagnosis, planning and treatment), with the view to a full-time load of between 30-45 hours/ week as set by you (with appropriate support when required).
Expect a varied caseload of general musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
Our physiotherapists add variety to their day by supervising Clinical Exercise classes (previously Clinical Pilates).
Communicating with any relevant parties (GPs, specialists, insurance companies, etc)
Participating in activities to attract and retain our valued clients.
Conducting activities such as community seminars, regular staff inservices and practice-based non-clinical activities.
