Lifetime Smiles Dentistry is a modern practice in the heart of St Leonards, and we're growing. We're looking for a clinician who will become a long-term cornerstone of our warm, patient-centred team.
About the Role
This is a part-time position with long-term potential. We're looking to increase days as we grow, so this is not a casual fill-in role.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-quality preventative and restorative care within your scope
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with patients across a loyal established patient base
- Educating patients with clarity, empathy, and enthusiasm — We have lots of models, pictures and cases to show them what modern dentistry can achieve. We aim to scan every patient.
- Modern equipment including the iTero Lumina scanner, Airflow unit, OPG and 3D printer
What We're Looking For
The most important thing we're hiring for is how you communicate. Clinical competence is essential, but the ability to make a patient feel heard, at ease, and genuinely cared for is what will make you stand out here.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Hold current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist with adult scope
- Have solid clinical experience and are confident working independently
- Are a natural communicator who builds rapport effortlessly — with patients and colleagues alike
- Take pride in patient education and helping people understand the why behind their treatment
- Are looking for a practice you can grow with, not just pass through
