Transform how work gets done in the AI era

- Deliver measurable impact at scale
- Turn ideas into adoption, adoption into operational change, and operational change into measurable business value.
Why this role matters

Your mission:

- Redesign end-to-end journeys around efficiency, speed and quality
- Help our people move up the value chain by reducing low-value manual work and enabling more proactive, advisory and client-focused service delivery.

- Lead an AI and Automation Centre of Excellence that encourages innovation at the edge while scaling proven capabilities into secure, supported and reusable enterprise patterns.
- Redesign processes and workflows around human accountability, agentic execution, trust, governance and measurable outcomes.

- Scaling prototypes into supported enterprise services with ownership, governance, security and support models.
What success looks like
- 90 days: Clear view of current AI and automation, prioritise high value opportunities, governance in place, momentum building
- 6 months: deliver the first wave of priority use cases, establish the AI and Automation CoE operating model, and show measurable value through efficiency, adoption, service quality or employee experience, with measurable impact
