In this role, you'll:
The role focuses on building and configuring ServiceNow solutions that support the delivery of strategic demand across the platform. You will develop, configure, and enhance applications and workflows based on well-defined requirements, ensuring solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned to platform standards.
You will work closely with senior developers, architects, and analysts to implement solutions across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, HAM, SPM, and App Engine. This includes developing flows, scripts, integrations, and user experiences using standard ServiceNow capabilities and adhering to established design patterns and guardrails.
The role requires the ability to contribute to solution delivery by translating requirements into working configurations and code, supporting integration development, and ensuring that changes are tested, documented, and ready for deployment. You will also assist in resolving defects, supporting releases, and contributing to continuous improvement of the platform.
In addition, the role involves collaboration with internal teams and vendors to deliver outcomes, ensuring development work is clear, aligned, and meets expected quality standards. You will proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and support the overall delivery lifecycle.

About you
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and is comfortable working within established standards and enjoys building practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business needs.
The role requires a solid understanding of core ServiceNow concepts (e.g. tables, forms, flows, integrations, ACLs) and experience with JavaScript, enabling you to contribute effectively to development tasks. It also requires strong problem solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues during develop.
In addition, the role requires ability to take clear requirements and implement them efficiently while maintaining quality, performance and supportability. You are comfortable working as part of a team, taking direction from senior developers and architects, and collaborating with analysts to clarify requirements where needed.
