The Role We are looking for a qualified Carpenter/Joiner to work across our construction projects in the Central West region. Work includes formwork for concrete structures, general residential and commercial construction, and fit-out work.
We’re looking for a multi-skilled person who is keen to get their hands on a wide variety of work and grow with our team.
While carpentry skills are certainly important—and we do have some construction projects from time to time—the majority of the work is concrete-related (supplying, forming, and finishing concrete). There’s also a significant amount of machinery operation involved, including excavation, earthworks, and material handling.
It’s a very hands-on role, and we’re looking for someone who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly. Some tasks may have little to do with either carpentry or concreting.
Responsibilities Formwork construction and stripping for concrete pours Framing, structural carpentry and general building works Reading and interpreting plans and specifications Working closely with concreters and site supervisors Maintaining a safe and tidy work site
Requirements Trade Certificate III in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent) — essential Current White Card — essential Valid driver's licence Strong knowledge of formwork systems highly regarded Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in regional or civil construction a bonus
Accommodation: On-site accommodation available where required Assistance finding accommodation in Warren township if needed 88-day visa (regional work) accepted — long-term qualified staff preferred

Visa & Sponsorship:
For the right person and after a successful trial period, there’s potential for employer sponsorship and a pathway to permanent residency in Australia.
As sponsorship is a significant commitment for both parties, shortlisted candidates must attend a paid trial period of at least 2 months before sponsorship will be considered.
Candidates are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own visa and travel arrangements for the trial period.
