Why we need you
We are seeking a Project Administrator / Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and administration of asset-related projects across our business.
This is a structured, detail-focused role where you will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing documentation, tracking delivery progress and supporting the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Working closely with operational teams, suppliers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in improving project visibility, governance and delivery outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain project schedules, plans and tracking tools
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities across workshop, logistics and operational teams
- Monitor project milestones, timelines and critical delivery dates
- Manage and maintain project documentation, registers and reporting systems
- Track project progress, risks, and performance against plan
- Prepare reports and provide updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to coordinate delivery outcomes
- Coordinate meetings, actions and communications across project teams
- Support change management, variations and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
You are an organised, detail-oriented and proactive project coordinator who thrives in a structured environment where planning, reporting and coordination are critical to success.
You may currently be working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Construction / Engineering Administrator, Project Support Officer, or Operations or Asset Coordinator
Experience supporting projects in construction, engineering, infrastructure or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
Your keys to success
- Experience in project administration, coordination or program support
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting
- Ability to track schedules, milestones and deliverables effectively
- Strong communication skills across both operational and office-based teams
- Solid Excel and systems capability (project tools highly regarded)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership
