Navarra Venues is on the lookout for vibrant Event Coordinators to bring magic to every moment - from concept to completion - complete with quarterly commission incentives.

We’re currently seeking Event Coordinators to join our vibrant team at the following locations:

Oatlands
Marsfield

The Role

Design and deliver standout events with style and precision
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to bring visions to life
Manage end-to-end event planning and execution
Provide exceptional customer service while achieving event sales and coordination targets
Style and coordinate events to meet client expectations
Provide on-the-day event support to ensure smooth execution
Excellent knowledge of event trends, styling, food upsells and logistics
Flexible schedule required, including working one weekend day per week.

️ About You:

1 year plus experience in Events, Hospitality, or Sales & Customer Service
A vibrant, outgoing personality and a passion for creating memorable experiences
Proven success in event sales and coordination with strong conversion rates
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
