This is an exciting opportunity for a developing regulatory or compliance professional to build hands-on experience in post-market vigilance across a diverse ANZ medical device portfolio in this 12-month contract role. Working alongside Post Market Vigilance Lead, you will play an important support role in day-to-day compliance activities, working closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and regulators while contributing to the systems and processes that underpin a high-performing function.

What you will be doing:

Support day-to-day post-market vigilance and compliance activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Maintain regulatory records, tracking systems, and post-market documentation to help ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met.
Assist with annual reports, licence renewals, compliance schedules, and Special Access Scheme documentation.
Monitor TGA requests, submission timelines, and manufacturer responses to support timely follow-up and completion.
Maintain accurate distribution and traceability records to support recall readiness and post-market activities.
Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and manufacturers to gather information and resolve documentation requirements.
Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement through accurate record keeping and strong document control practices.

What you will bring:

Around 1-3 years' experience in post-market compliance, regulatory affairs, medical devices, or a related regulated healthcare environment.
Working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand medical device post-market requirements, including sponsor obligations and TGA reporting processes.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage records, timelines, and documentation accurately.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
Experience supporting compliance schedules, documentation management, or regulatory submissions will be highly regarded.
Exposure to TGA IRIS reporting, annual reporting, licence management, or Special Access Scheme processes will be viewed favourably.
A relevant tertiary qualification in science, regulatory affairs, health, biomedical, or a related discipline.
