The Opportunity:
Make your mark at the world’s leading commercial real estate firm. We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven administrator to join our Brisbane office on a 12-month contract. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the trusted backbone of our high-performing Property Valuations team, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing dedicated administrative support to a team of commercial property valuers
Coordinating valuation instructions and managing key milestones to meet deadlines
Preparing, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high professional standard
Supporting finance processes including invoicing, expenses, and debtor management
Delivering general office and team support to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations

What we’re looking for:
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional services environment. You take pride in accuracy, communication, and keeping things running smoothly.

You will bring:
Proven experience in a team administration or support role, ideally within a corporate or property environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced capability across Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
A flexible, solutions‑focused mindset and adaptability in a changing environment
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
