IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is a senior enterprise ICT sales role only.
Applicants without multi-solution ICT, print, and workplace technology sales experience will not be considered.
This role is not suitable for transactional sales, retail IT sales, or single-product vendors.
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level ICT Business Development Manager with deep experience across integrated enterprise technology environments, including print, ICT infrastructure, managed services, AV, communications, and workplace transformation solutions.
The successful candidate will operate at executive level, driving complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building long-term enterprise revenue streams.
Mandatory Core Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants must demonstrate ALL or most of the following:
1. ICT & Managed Services
- Enterprise ICT solution sales (minimum 3–5+ years)
- Managed IT services and infrastructure solutions
- Systems integration and enterprise technology environments
2. Print & Document Solutions (Critical Requirement)
- Managed Print Services (MPS)
- Enterprise print fleet management and optimisation
- Print infrastructure and document workflow solutions
3. ICT Procurement & Hardware
- ICT hardware sales (enterprise endpoints, servers, infrastructure)
- Procurement-led solution selling
- Vendor and lifecycle management experience
4. Digital Workplace & Automation
- Digital automation or document workflow solutions
- Workplace transformation technologies
- Enterprise productivity / process optimisation solutions
5. AV, Boardroom & Collaboration Technology
- AV integration solutions (meeting rooms, boardrooms, enterprise deployments)
- Interactive whiteboards / smart display technology (strong preference)
- Unified communications and collaboration systems
6. Communications & Connectivity
- PABX systems and VoIP telephony solutions
- Enterprise connectivity / networking solutions
- Unified communications platforms
7. Sales Leadership Requirement
- Minimum 5+ years in sales management or senior business development roles
- Proven experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to operate in structured enterprise sales environments
Role Responsibilities
- Drive high-value new business across ICT, print, AV, and communications portfolios
- Own full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Directors, and Workplace Technology leads
- Design and sell integrated ICT ecosystems spanning print, managed services, connectivity, and collaboration technologies
- Develop and expand Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts across enterprise accounts
- Lead complex enterprise deals involving multiple solution streams and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver high-level proposals, tenders, and RFP responses
- Maintain disciplined CRM forecasting and pipeline governance
- Achieve aggressive revenue and margin targets across multiple technology categories
- Collaborate with technical architects and delivery teams on solution design
Disqualifying Criteria (Automatic Filter)
Applicants will not be considered if they:
- Lack direct experience in Managed Print Services (MPS)
- Have no exposure to ICT infrastructure or managed services
- Have not sold across multiple solution domains (ICT + print + AV + communications)
- Are primarily hardware-only, retail IT, or single-product sales professionals
- Lack enterprise-level stakeholder engagement experience (CIO / IT Director level)
- Do not have structured CRM-driven pipeline experience
- Have less than 5 years in senior sales or sales management roles
Highly Desirable
- Experience across end-to-end ICT ecosystems (multi-solution selling)
- Government or large enterprise ICT environments
- Experience with RFP/tender processes
- Vendor ecosystems (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
- Proven annuity/recurring revenue growth experience
- National or multi-territory sales responsibility
