About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity where no two days are the same. As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Waroona operations, ensuring the day-to-day administration runs smoothly and efficiently while providing essential support to the wider team.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the management team
Assisting with purchasing, invoicing, and data entry
Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
Supporting payroll timesheets and general office operation
